the rush
from this bump
is lush
in this looming
afternoon
that shudders
before my eyes
in glitter rain surprise
the lithium breathes
anhydrous kiss
of time
to the powder parade
and all day long
the bop
of the bump
escalates
to tie off the arm
of this tweaking
twitching
ball and chain vein
hello night train
(please note)
this is only
abuse flowing
like swim words never knowing
more than silver spoons
to stroke
or to choke
to the chimes
of a bell
to my tell-tale heart
that is tolling
and it toils for you
sweet tooth
my snickelfritz
my spastic fantastic electrical
blitz
is bliss
i’m on the fritz
